Registering Students

Important:
  • Use mixed case on text (i.e, capitalize first letter, lowercase on remaining letters of name, etc.).
  • Use syntax shown in parenthesis next to Date of Birth and Phone #s.
  • Click the Revised/Resubmitted button when resubmitting a student. 
  • The last record entered for a student will be the one used to register him/her. Previous records will be deleted. Information doesn't append to previous records, so all information must be entered in every submission (i.e., all personal information, every course selection, etc.). If adding or changing a course(s), tutorial, or test(s) in a student's record that was previously submitted, any courses, etc. that were previously entered and will still be taken will need to be entered in subsequent submissions.
  • Earth Science Lab Score needs to be entered only once per student. If registering a student in different sections for Earth Science, no need to enter score in second or third section.

Steps to register a student:
1.   Click either the High School Registration, the Jr. High Registration, or the Elementary Registration link in the navigation bar on the left side of this page.
2.   Enter the password and click GO.
3.   Fill in relevant information.
4.   Click the Submit button. (Please do not re-submit a student's information unless changes are made to his/her information.)
This will bring you to the confirmation page. 
5.   Check information and - 
a.  If everything is correct, you're ready to print. (See Summer School Information > Website Tips link for printing tips.)
b.  If something is incorrect or information needs to be added, click the Back button at the top left of the monitor screen to return the Registration page to make changes where needed. (There's directions for making changes at the top of the Registration page.) Click the Submit button.

Changing Entries:
  • To a text box entry (i.e.):  Highlight & delete text you'd like to change, then type in the correct information. 
  • To a radio button selection (i.e.):  Just click correct selection. Selecting another button cancels out the first selection.
  • To a check box selection (i.e. ): Click incorrect selection to turn it off and, if necessary, click correct box selection.

To start over, click Reset button at the bottom of this page.
